Day 16

No posts for the 15th or 16th. I got sent out of town for work at the last minute and I have no scale! Oh, the agony! I know I'm not eating much (putting in seriously long hours) but I'm not working out either. We'll see what the scale shows when I return home!

Day 14 - Weigh In - 2 weeks, 2.5 lbs

Still no change in weight. I just can't believe I haven't lost *any* more though. BUT - I have been stepping up the workouts so I am probably putting on muscle. Just would be nice to see that ol' scale nudge down a bit icon_wink

I'm really craving some fresh veggies for dinner tonight. I'll have to run by the market and see what I can get. Maybe a big plate of steamed veggies for dinner? Too bad I can't slather them in butter icon_cry

Day 13 - Weigh In - A Revelation

You know, I've been whining about not losing any more lbs (btw - still no change) but it hit me this morning as I stepped on the scale...

I'm maintaining! I lost 2.5 lbs and I've been maintaining it. Which shows me that my healthy lifestyle changes are going to work! Granted, I still want to see the pounds come off - but this really made me feel good about what I'm doing. Once I do lose the pounds, then it looks like I'll have success in keeping them off!!
